1. LA FUNDACIÓN INSPIRARTE grants a maximum of 40 residencies per year for the creation and experimentation in any artistic discipline. LA ALQUERIA DE LOS ARTISTAS is located in the Nature Reserve of La Albufera, 500 meters away from the beach, between El Perelló, Sueca and Cullera.
2. The aim of the Foundation is to support and promote creative work in a privileged surrounding and also to foster the coexistence of artists of various disciplines during a maximum period of 4 months.
3. LA FUNDACIÓN INSPIRARTE is going to finance the total costs of the accommodation, living expenses and the use of the services and studios.
4. The period of each residency is 1 month with the possibility of prolongation of up to a 4 months maximum. The complexity of the work proposed by the artist and the decision of the Technical Board will determine the monthly prolongation of the duration.
5. Artists over 18 years who have gained sufficient artistic experience justifying the elaboration of the project are allowed to submit their proposals.
6. The submissions have to come with the following documentation:
   Artistic biography.
   Copy of your identity card or passport.
   Description of the project including the general concept and development.
   Estimated time of residency to complete the project.
7. The submissions have to be sent together with the required documentation before May 15, 2009 to the following address:

   46003 Valencia.
8. The committee responsible for the assignment of the residencies will consist of experts of diverse cultural and artistic scopes. This committee will evaluate the presented projects and decide over the assignment of the residencies. The decision will be published on the website: www.fundacioninspirarte.org. The decision of the jury is irrevocable.
9. LA FUNDACIÓN INSPIRARTE will provide you with all the material necessary for the elaboration of the proposed project, this is why we kindly ask you to include an estimated budget in your application.
10. The FUNDACIÓN INSPIRARTE will not return any of the presented project materials, only when solicited specifically by the author.
11. The management of the “Fundación” reserves the right of admission to any person who interferes with the smooth operations of the Alquería.
12. The management of the “Fundación” reserves the right to use the spaces of the Alquería for promotion and dissemination of the respective projects.
13. ACCEPTANCE CLAUSE. The participation in this contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the contest as well as the acceptance of the jury´s decision.
